We are a IT Development and Digital Marketing agency that provides IT Development Services and digital marketing services to clients across various industries. We are seeking an IT Coordinator and Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- IT / Technical Support Coordinator:
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements
Customer Relationship Executive:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with client needs and goals
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Tools and Technologies: Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suit, Sketch, Zoho CRM, JIRA, GitHub, Timedoctor, Zoho Desk, Anydesk, Ultraviewer, Teamviewer etc.
Development Methodologies Knowledge: Agile Development Methodology includes Scrum Framework and Kanban; Strong Knowledge of Scrum Ceremonies is needed.

Educational Qualification:
UG: BCA/MCA/Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering, IT etc
