Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial for driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the company’s target customer profile.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Pitching: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, effectively communicating the value propositions of our products/services.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team lead generation targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and scripts.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role in a voice process environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle rejection positively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Experience: Experience in B2B telemarketing or in a similar industry is a plus.
