We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team at Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding service. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction and support our business growth by ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Answering customer queries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or services.
  • Providing product/service information to customers and promoting offerings.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs as set by the company.
  • Collaborating with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating empathy in all customer interactions.

Telecaller Executive Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate difficult conversations.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to help and resolve issues.
